    The Healthcare Advisory Board is comprised of key healthcare professionals, physician thought leaders, nurses, pharmacists and patients who offer their opinions and views on a variety of healthcare issues by participating in online market research surveys. The Healthcare Advisory Board has offered a voice from the world of medicine to major manufacturers of healthcare products and healthcare service providers for over 25 years.

  3. How often would I be asked to participate in your surveys?
    Participation could range from once a month to once a year. It is difficult to assess because the frequency at which you would be invited to participate in a survey depends on a number of factors. As soon as a survey is available that is appropriate for you, you will receive an e-mail invitation.

    The length of each survey varies, however you can find the length of each study advertised in the invitation.

  5. How is the information I provide going to be used?
    The clients of P/S/L Research, who commission market research surveys, use the information provided by respondents in aggregate to make more informed decisions on healthcare issues. By participating in P/S/L Research surveys, your experiences and opinions contribute to decisions that have an impact on the healthcare system.

  9. Can I access the survey using a link my colleague received?
    Please only access our survey via the link found in the invitation that was sent directly to you. Each survey has its own set criteria and by replying to a colleague's invitation it may create an error in the data we record for the study.

  10. Can nurses take part in the studies?
    Yes, please continue to participate in surveys that you are invited to, as your eligibility will be determined by your answers to the pre-screening questions.

  11. Can I be invited to participate in surveys in different languages?
    Our survey invitations are sent to you based on the personal information you entered when you registered with our HAB Community. In order to change your preferred language please send a request via email to Lauram@pslresearch.com to update your profile.

  12. Would I be compensated for the time I spend answering a survey?
    Yes, when you receive a survey invitation, you'll find the compensation we are offering for your time clearly noted.

  13. I entered the wrong information, can I redo the survey?
    Unfortunately no you cannot redo a survey. Once a study has been completed, the information submitted is final and cannot be updated. Please note that your answers will not affect your eligibility for future survey opportunities.

  14. When will the survey close?
    The survey closes once our quota has been met. Considering the high level of interest in our studies, we recommend that those who wish to participate do so as soon as possible, upon receiving the invitation.

  15. When can I expect my payment?
    Please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of completing a study, in order to receive your honoraria.

  16. Can I receive a partial honorarium?
    Only completed surveys will receive an honorarium.

  17. The honorarium offered is too low, can the amount be increased?
    Your participation in each survey is voluntary. We can only reward you for your time with the amount that that was advertised in your survey invite.

  18. How will I receive my Amazon voucher code?
    Amazon voucher codes are sent to the email address you provided at the end of the survey. In order to ensure timely receipt of your Amazon payment, we ask you to please verify that your email settings allow the address "lauram@pslresearch.com" to be added as a contact in your email address book. This email address will be the Sender of your Amazon voucher code.

  19. How do I redeem my Amazon voucher code?
    To redeem your Amazon "Gift Certificate", please follow these steps:
    Step 1: Visit the Amazon Website.
    Step 2: Click "Apply to Your Account" (on the left column, under "Manage your cards") and enter the claim code when prompted.
    Step 3: These gift certificate funds will be applied automatically to eligible orders during the checkout process.
    Step 4: You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with a credit card or other acceptable form of payment.
    Your gift certificate claim code may also be entered when prompted during the checkout process, but you will not be able to redeem your gift certificate using the Amazon.com 1-Click® service or downloadable products unless you first redeem the gift certificate to Your Account.

  20. When does my Amazon voucher code expire?
    United States Amazon voucher codes do not have an expiration date. French Amazon voucher codes will expire 2 years from the date of issuance. German Amazon voucher codes expire 3 years from the date of issuance. United Kingdom Amazon voucher codes expire 3 years from the date of issuance.

  21. When do checks expire?
    Checks are valid for 1 year. Depending on your banking institution you may only have 6 months to deposit your honorarium without penalty.

  22. How can I decide on the form of my payment, i.e. check or Amazon voucher code?
    You will have the opportunity to select your preferred choice of payment at the end of the survey. Once selected, your payment will be processed and the form of payment cannot be changed.

    At this time, no we do not offer an option to send your payment directly to your bank account.

  24. Why do I need to enter my address information?
    We ask for your address so that we have the most up to date mailing information for you if and when we need to send you your honorarium in this delivery form.
